Your apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
You can collect your keys upon arrival and return them when you leave at Hôtel d'Angleterre, just a short walk from the apartments, at 2 bis rue de Fontenay.
We offer two types of rates:
- Non-refundable rate: the most affordable option, but cancellations are not permitted,
- Flexible rate: allows you to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival.
We accept payments by credit card, cash, and check.
Les Apparts does not have an on-site reception desk.
Please collect your keys at Hôtel d'Angleterre, located just a few minutes' walk from the apartments at 2 bis rue de Fontenay.
Our team will be delighted to welcome you, hand over your keys, and assist you throughout your stay. We look forward to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Whether you arrive before check-in time or would like to go for a walk after check-out, we’ll safely store your luggage free of charge at the Hôtel d’Angleterre.
We do not have private parking. However, there are several options available to you:
- free street parking from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m,
- Saint-Louis Cathedral parking lot, within a 3-minute walk. Enjoy a 20% discount on parking if you’re staying with us.

Yes, depending on our availability. Please feel free to request this in advance. Please note that this option incurs an additional charge.
No, our apartments do not have air conditioning. However, during hot weather, we provide fans for your comfort.

Yes, if you have chosen the flexible rate, you are eligible for a full refund in the event of cancellation, provided you meet the deadline.
Subject to availability, we offer skip-the-line tickets for one or two days (for visitors over 26 years of age). These tickets guarantee you priority access to the entire estate: the Palace, the Trianon estate, and the magnificent gardens. ⚠️ If you are accompanied by guests under 26, please visit the official website of the Palace of Versailles directly, where free tickets for them are available by reservation.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets at our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
